I confirm that the submitted masterpiece was prepared by the examination candidate. In the event that the candidate is selected for the Online Examination for skill verification, I will cooperate and be present for the examination on the given date.

I agree to pay the Examination Fee to the CAEB Country Representative according to the Payment Method provided before the Payment Deadline. Failure to do so will result in disqualification from the CAEB examination.

 I agree to allow CAEB to collect and retain my personal data, including but not limited to my name, phone number, and other necessary details, for the purposes of processing my application, communication, and future correspondence regarding the CAEB examination.
